The Deal on HeadyStories

Heady Here. I’m here to explain HeadyStories the best I can. Wait. Should I have gotten someone else to write this? Oh well, it’s too late now.

I started writing these really short stories due to my passion for writing and my dream of one day writing a novel. The goal with the stories is to capture a moment and allow the reader to fill-in the rest of the story how they see it.

HeadyStories are unique because every title consist of two words combined – frozenlaughs. And, the stories always end by saying hello to the title – hello frozenlaughs. It’s pretty simple but so unique.

Out the blue, I started taking the phrases and putting them on tee-shirts. My friends thought it was cool so we started making Heady Tees. I came up with my Heady logo by using a dime and tracing the outsides of the dime and adding eyes and three lines. The tees did so well that I stopped because I didn’t have a clue to what I was doing. I’m currently working on doing a few tees a month to sell at poetry night to help with the cost of the events and website.

Real quick, I should tell you a little about me. Well, I’m married to a beautiful lady and we have three gorgeous children. I’m the founder of basementseven.com. It’s exciting to say that I started a really great poetry night call We Tell Stories Poetry Night in 2001 and it’s still going today. I loved writing at an early age. The one thing I wish for is more time to read. I get great joy being active in the community and meeting new people. My best moment everyday is considering the fact Jesus died for me.
